InterSearch for Global Contact Center is searching for an Operations Manager (OP-Mger)
The Operations Manager is responsible for workforce management, service levels, strategic development and all marketing reports. As the direct link between the company and the client, the Operations Manager is assigned responsibility and authority for the successful management, coordination and assurance of accountability, with control of the overall project activities.
We are seeking a professional with leadership, communication and teamwork skills, high level of autonomy, and hands-on style. For this position the candidate must have a degree and at least 4 years of experience with a demonstrated knowledge / expertise on a similar role. Bilingual English is a must.
