Responsibilities
*Create, develop and maintain customer partnerships: understand customer business models and how GBS Americas can enhance customer success.
*Identify and analyze business opportunities in order to increase growth in the region and penetrate new markets.
*Development, implementation & management reporting of metrics for the Americas
*Identify and recommend process improvements, digitization and/or changes that would enhance operational excellence, effectiveness, synergies and controllership
*Work closely with the GBS Teams to consistently focus on Critical to Quality measurements
*Working with the operational leaders, develop business and marketing plans to define sales & operational objectives and strategies to meet customer and business needs.
*Institute operational processes to monitor progress and ensure achievement of established objectives, strategies and goals. Includes benchmarking, VOC, and NPS
*Undertake review and evaluation of GBS and customer processes. Identify and recommend, new products/services, process improvements, digitization and/or changes that would enhance operational effectiveness and productivity.
*Mentor, teach and coach process owners, Black Belts and customers in application of Six Sigma methodology and tools to achieve process improvements and improve overall service
*Lead team of BBs to identify and lead ACFC projects
*Manage the Six Sigma Growth team in the region with the appropriate direction and support to achieve the respective targets
*Coordinate regional support for acquisitions and dispositions

Qualifications
* Bilingual language skills strongly desired (English/Spanish) or (English/Portuguese)
* Culturally aware and culturally adaptable (able to work comfortably in various cultures and able to change cultural style as required by the region)
* Minimum 5 years experience and demonstrated results in customer oriented positions, marketing or solution, consultative or value selling environments
* Knowledge of products similar to those that GBS provides (Controllership, Employee Services, General Business Services.)
* Proven ability to establish lasting relationships, partnerships, identify key opportunities, manage a growth team and generate revenue
* Superior interpersonal, written and oral communication, presentations, facilitation, influence and negotiation skills.
* Superior relationship management, networking and customer centricity capabilities
* Impeccable Business Acumen and professionalism
* Demonstrated leadership, change management, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills. Ability to translate customer pain into customer solutions.
* Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
* Ability to work both independently (as a sole performer with minimal direction) and as a member of a team
* Ability to travel frequently as required
Desired
* BB or MBB certified. Position may be structured as BB or MBB role to match career objectives of ideal candidate
* Experience with ACFC and DMADV projects
* Project Management experience
* Good understanding of technology and how it can be used to improve business processes
* Finance or CAS experience
* Trilingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) would be a definite asset
