We are recruiting for our Reporting department of Accenture´s HR Shared Service Center.
The Customer Liaison for Global Entities Manager/Sr. Specialist will serve as the overall supervisor of the teams that deliver services for Accenture Global Entities, reporting directly to Reporting and Global Entities Manager.
This individual will also be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all administration tasks around the ongoing operation of employee’s related programs and processes relevant to business needs.
Responsibilities are:
• Managing the successful execution of processes within the HR Shred Service Center for the Global Entities, currently including Capability Framework, Knowledge Management and Global Survey Analytics or People Research Team.
• Identify and define the KPIs and metrics for each of the services delivered
• Supervise teams to ensure contractual Service Level Agreements are met
• Escalate issues to facilitate the resolution of customer inquiries
• Assist with the transition of new work into and out of the centre
• Involved with both centre and company wide projects/initiatives
• Liaises with Service Lines and client base contacts to ensure an excellent working relationship
• Adheres to the Data Protection Act and demonstrates an understands the impact of non-compliance

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in administration, economic, human resources, etc.
Advanced knowledge in English.
Work experience, minimum of 6 years relevant experience in reporting.
Advanced knowledge in Excel.
