Industria Papel/Impresión Remuneración anual: MXN 600,000 a 720,000 + Attractive Package Acerca de nuestro cliente Our client is a multinational leading company in the paper industry Oferta: The position's main responsibilities include, among others: - The Credit & Collections Manager oversees the company's issuance of credit; - Establishes credit-rating criteria; - Determines credit ceilings; - Monitors the collections; - He/She is responsible for supervising staff and overseeing essential functions of the Credit and Collections Department as well as the functions specific to the position; - Determines credit worthiness of clients; - Formulates and maintain policies and procedures for credit & collections; - Maintain Customer account files; - Process direct bill applications; - Research accounts with issues and work with Operations department for resolution. Perfil deseado The candidate must accomplish with: - BA/BS degree (Finance / Accounting Preferred) - Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of Management as well as peers - Capability to be innovative and look outside the box for better solutions to current processes - Responsible to develop the framework for various project plans - Strong Presentation Skills - Team Player with Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Strong Analytical and Time Management Abilities - Works Well Under Pressure, i.e. quickly orient to assignments, shift gears and change direction when working on multiple assignments - Present proactive, strong and intelligent solutions to issues that arise - Strong Leadership Skills.
