The Finance Business Transformation Manager will be the leader in optimizing the business processes in finance / accounting / controlling and in driving the corresponding IT technical solution. Responsibilities include: -Business process optimization and on-going support in finance, accounting and controlling. -IT solution design in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) -GEO Deployment of the finance solutions -Project management in finance -Ownership of business blueprint, business requirement gathering, function specification documents in finance, accounting and controlling -Key user training Position Requirements: -At least 5 years experience in SAP FI/CO applications. In-depth knowledge of the best practices and functions in SAP FI/CO. -Profound business knowledge in financial accounting and controlling. -Minimum 7 years work experience in these areas. Tech-tech industry experience preferred. -Project management experience and leadership skills. -Master degree in finance, MBA or equivalent education -Excellent communication and analytics skills. Team player. -Fluent in Spanish and English. Chinese is a plus.
