Job Description
Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Strategy professionals identify and implement high performance business value creation and transformation opportunities by delivering independent strategic and general management consulting services focused on the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer agenda.

Key responsibilities may include:
• Participate in all types of strategy projects for local and international clients by leading / coordinating the efforts of a small team of analysts
• Support the development of new business
• Support the advancement of new thinking and the customization of international thoughts to the local market
• Driving, supervising and reviewing technology diagnosis and assessment activities
• Identifying opportunities for technology-related improvement based on benchmark data and doing high-level cost benefit analysis
• Developing a high level design which supports a robust technology solution, taking into account user and technical requirements
• Driving technology architecture and infrastructure design activities
• Reviewing and supervising design components
• Developing design and transition approaches
• Driving and supervising technology build, test and deployment activities
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting application development

• Bachelor Degree in Administration or related fields
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
• Advanced knowledge in English
• Required previous experience in: - Accounting principles: balance sheet, income statement, assets, liabilities, depreciation, accrual
- Financial concepts: Net Present Value, IRR (TIR en español), compounded interest rate, basics of enterprise, valuation
- Excel, Powerpoint and basic database skills
- Awareness of political issues / complexities within companies. Understanding of wide spectrum of stakeholders. Knowledge of corporate governance

• Nice to have knowledge in: - Macro and micro-economy basics. Markets basics: stock exchange, bonds
- People management skills: team leading, coaching
