For Presentations Department.
Specialists to join the Presentations team.
The role involves the creation and edition of documents and graphics provided by internal clients, following the corporation´s standards and using PowerPoint, Word and other software.
He/She will be responsible for:
Communicating and coordinating effectively and in a professional manner, both, with the Presentations staff and the internal clients.
Getting all assignments completed in an accurate and efficient way and meeting the defined deadlines.
Assuming ownership of the quality of his/her work.
The search is oriented to professionals with Bachelor Degrees or in their last year of studies: Publicity, Graphic Design or English Translator are preferred and with at least one year experience in client service positions or the media industry.
The attention to detail, strong commitment, sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure are skills required for the position.
Excellent English knowledge and Microsoft tools are a MUST.
Working hours: Monday through Friday in one of the following shifts: from 6 to 15hs or 15 to 24hs.
