Puesto The candidate will join the Nissan European Legal Team and will be assigned principally to the manufacturing operations in Spain (NMISA). His/her role will be leading the NMISA Legal Dpt supporting all businesses with commercial legal advice and also supporting Head of Legal Spain and Portugal. Among his/her tasks will be: negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts such as OEM agreements, supply agreements, general services etc; Supporting activity in relation to the Master Purchase Agreement, primarily in Spain; insolvency / bankruptcy procedures; assisting business stakeholders with ongoing contract management across the full range of activities relating to the business; Real Estate issues and administrative procedures, providing first class legal expertise on all matters related to the automotive business. Perfil A qualified lawyer with previous experience of working within an in-house legal team or Leading Law Firm. 7 or more years of experience in the areas of general commercial law, ideally with legal experience within a manufacturing environment. Fluent English with excellent written English skills. Must have the ability to draft and conduct negotiations in English. Excellent project management skills. Willing to travel to foreign Nissan subsidiaries worldwide.
